HOW RENTALS WORK
1. Submit an Inquiry
Before your first booking, reach out through email or our inquiry form with a brief description of your practice or project.
2. Orientation
We require first-time users of the shop, complete a short studio orientation and booking sesion with a monitor before printing independently. To assure that each userneeds are full met, oriented to the space and understand the dynamics if our studio. At the end of this first sessions members must sign a studio agreement are then allowed to book freely through the studios booking site. **Note even one off rentals of the space are requires to complete this step and have a monitor present before renting.
3. Schedule Your Time
All studio time is reserved through the Goodspeed Arts booking page. An access code will be given to each individual completing the inquiry form.
For both hourly and monthly members Reservations are required in advance, to assure studio space is avalibe to all.
4. Come Print! Clean + Reclaim
Users work independently within the shared studio environment using communal tools and equipment.
At the end of each session All users are expected to:
- reclaim screens
- clean tools and stations
- reset the workspace
- dispose of waste responsibly
STUDIO EXPECTATIONS
Matrix Print operates as a shared community workspace. To keep the shop functional and accessible for everyone, we ask all users to:
- Respect shared equipment and materials
- Reserve time responsibly
- Give 24-hour cancellation notice
- Clean thoroughly after use
- Communicate production needs in advance
